I can’t even imagine how much time and effort this took, but it is stunning.
Not only aesthetically impressive, but an engaging storyline as well. Not one that makes a whole lot of sense, mind you, but this is an experimental art project after all, not Disney. From the description: “What if you watch a film and whenever you pause it, you face a painting? This idea inspired Reza Dolatabadi to make Khoda. Over 6000 paintings were painstakingly produced during two years to create a five minutes film”
